Bagmati Provincial Office
About Us
Bagmati Provincial Office, headquartered at the NEA Head Office, oversees electricity distribution services across ten districts of Bagmati Province, including Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur, Kavre, Sindhupalchowk, Sindhuli, Chitwan, Dolakha, Ramechhap, and Dhading. The office manages six Distribution Centers and is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and rehabilitation of electricity distribution networks up to 33 kV (547 Circuit Km) and 33/11 kV substations (24 Nos.). Through its division office in Hetauda, it also manages distribution services for Makawanpur, Nuwakot, and Rasuwa districts, including network extension and consumer services such as new connections, meter reading, billing, and revenue collection.
